Raw, Unpasteurised Honey — Straight from Our London Hives
Every jar of honey we sell is harvested from bees we keep ourselves, in apiaries scattered across London, Twickenham, and the British countryside including our base in Dorking. We don't heat it, blend it, or filter out the good stuff — just raw honey, exactly as the bees made it.
Most supermarket honey is blended from multiple countries and pasteurised, which strips out pollen, enzymes, and much of the flavour that makes raw honey worth seeking out. Ours isn't. Each variety is harvested from a single location during a specific season, so the taste changes with what's flowering nearby — from delicate spring blossom to deep, fragrant summer wildflower.
Our honey has been recognised at the Great Taste Awards, the food industry's most respected accreditation, judged blind by over 500 experts each year.
Why choose raw, local honey:
Unheated and unpasteurised — retains natural enzymes and pollen
Single-origin, harvested from named London and Surrey locations
No blending, no additives, no filtering beyond removing wax
Produced by a working beekeeping business, not a broker
Explore our range: London Honey, Kensington Honey, and Dorking Honey are harvested from fixed local apiaries year-round. Our Spring, Summer, and Strawberry Hill honeys are seasonal single-harvest batches — once they sell out, that batch won't come again until next year.
